2021 has been another tough year and that’s why wellness and trying to find joy in everyday life is a key focus for this list.

Hypnotherapy: simple and effective self-care

Why we chose it:

  • As a result of our deliberate further exploration into wellness, we’ve really enjoyed trying hypnotherapy in 2021.
  • Many people are holding onto negative experiences from their childhood and they use various ways to cope such as drinking too much or even working too much.
  • An alternative way to overcome these issues is to try hypnosis– it can be a really powerful, quick, and effective way to overcome traumatic experiences.

What you should know:

  • For a 90-min session, you can expect to pay as little as $1,300. Given the way a single session can alter your mindset, we’d say it’s a good investment into your well-being.
  • Check to see if your insurance coverage will pay for sessions!
